Cara Membuat Tema Pada Power Point

Sobat sekalian dimanapun Anda berada, salam kenal saja dari saya. Dikesempatan kali ini saya mencoba berbagi tips seperti yang tertera pada judul di atas, yaituMembuat Tema pada Power Point. Di dalam Microsoft Power Point memang sudah tersedia tema-tema sebagai background atau pun tampilannya. Namun karena tidak puas dengan yang sudah ada, saya mencoba berkreasi sendiri membuat tema yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Ok, cukup basa-basinya kita langsung saja menujut ke TeKaPe J.
1. Buka Ms. Office Power Point
Dengan cara klik Start Menu>All Programs>Microsof Office>Ms. Power Point. Disini saya menggunkan office 2010, sobat sekalian bisa liat screenshoot berikut:

Maka program Ms. Power Point akan terbuka dan siap untuk dieksekusi.
2. Setelah Ms. Power Point terbuka maka langkah selanjutnya adalah klik View dan pilih Slide Master, lalu klik.

Maka tampilan akan berubah seperti pada gambar di atas. Tampilan masih kosong dan sekarang kita akan menambahkan gambar-gambar, baik yang berformat jpg, gif, dan lain sebagainya untuk mempercantik tampilan tema sesuai dengan keinginan.
3. Langkah selanjutnya adalah kita tambahkan gambar untuk halaman depan atau pada Title Slide. Saya akan menggunakan gambar Detective Conan yang merupakan kartun kesukaan saya. Caranya adalah klik Insert>Picture, lalu pilih gambar dan klik Insert.

4. Langkah selanjutnya adalah kita coba mengaturnya sesuai dengan keinginan. Contohnya seperti di bawah ini :

Yup, sesi pertama kita sudah selesai. itu adalah tampilan awal atau tema pada slide pertama atau Title Slide dan Subtitle Slide.
5. Selanjutnya adalah kita membuat layout slide-berikutnya dengan cara klik dulu tampilan layout yang berada di bawah Master Slide.

Lalu kita atur lagi posisi gambar dan style font yang kita inginkan. Yupz kurang lebih seperti pada gambar di atas.
6. Untuk layout yang selanjutnya sama seperti langkah ke 5. klik dahulu kotak-kotak yang ada di sebelah kiri, lalu kita edit lagi seperti pada gambar.

7. Jika layout semua sudah kita atur maka langkah selanjutnya adalah menyimpannya dengan format office theme, dengan cara klik File>Save as.
Isi Filename (terserah Anda, yang mudah diingat), kemudian klik Save as type, lalu pilih Office theme.

Lalu klik save, maka file akan tersimpan dalam format tema office power point.

Untuk membuat gambar lebih menarik Anda dapat mengedit gambar Anda menggunakan Photoshop atau sejenisnya.

Ini adalah singkatan dari Contrast, Repetition, Alignment dan Proximity. Konsep ini dijelaskan sangat baik oleh Robin Williams dalam bukunya The Non Designer’s Design Book dan The Non Designer’s Presentation Book.

Contrast – Kontras

Ciptakan perbedaan antara elemen-elemen dalam slide Anda. Kontras berfungsi untuk menciptakan perbedaan, perbandingan, dan membuat sesuatu jadi lebih menarik. Kontras dapat dibuat dengan memberikan ukuran berbeda, warna berbeda, atau tampilan yang berbeda.

Repetition – Pengulangan

Manfaatkan elemen yang bisa diulang dalam presentasi Anda antara satu slide dengan slide yang lain. Anda bisa mengulang warna, pola, tata letak dan banyak hal lainnya. Pengulangan menciptakan harmoni dalam keseluruhan slide presentasi.

Alignment – Perataan

Cara Membuat Custom Show di PowerPoint

Anda mungkin pernah mengalami hal seperti ini.
Saat memberikan presentasi untuk dua kelompok audiens yang berbeda dengan topik yang sama, ada beberapa slide yang perlu dilewatkan karena informasi tersebut hanya akan disajikan untuk kelompok yang satunya lagi, begitu juga sebaliknya.
Cara berpindah slide yang biasanya digunakan untuk kasus di atas adalah dengan menggunakan tombol Enter atau Go to Slide. Tetapi cara ini bisa membingungkan dan mengganggu konsentrasi audiens.
Solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan fitur custom show yang ada di PowerPoint. Fitur custom show akan membuat navigasi slide lebih terkontrol dan tidak membingungkan.


Seperti contoh gambar berikut ini. Selain informasi pada slide utama, audiens A akan diberikan informasi khusus yang tidak perlu ditunjukkan kepada audiens B, begitu juga sebaliknya. Untuk itu pada slide utama dibuat menu yang berisi hyperlink ke masing-masing custom show.

Cara Membuat Custom Show Dengan Menu Hyperlink

Tahap 1: Buat terlebih dahulu slide untuk presentasi.
Tahap 2: Pengaturan custom show
  1. Pada Slide Show tab, Start Slide Show grup, klik tanda panah padaCustom Slide Show, dan kemudian klik Custom Shows.
  2. Pada kotak dialog Custom Show, klik New.

  3. Di bagian Slides in presentation, klik slide yang akan dimasukkan dalam custom show, dan kemudian klik Add.
    Tip: untuk memilih beberapa slide secara berurutan, klik pada slide pertama dan tekan tombol SHIFT sambil mengklik slide terakhir. Untuk memilih beberapa slide yang tidak berurutan, tekan tombol CTRL sambil mengklik slide yang diinginkan.
  4. Untuk mengubah urutan slide, pada Slides in custom show, klik sebuah slide dan kemudian klik tanda panah untuk memindahkan posisi slide tersebut.
  5. Ketik nama untuk custom show pada kotak Slide show name dan kemudian klik OK.
  6. Untuk membuat custom show yang lain, ulangi langkah 2 - 5 di atas.

  7. Untuk mengubah custom show, klik tombol Edit pada kotak dialog Custom Shows.
  8. Untuk melihat hasil custom show yang dibuat, klik nama show pada kotak dialog Custom Shows dan klik Show. Atau pada Slide Show tab, Start Slide Show grup, klik tanda panah pada Custom Slide Show dan pilih nama custom show yang ingin dilihat.

Tahap 3: Membuat menu hyperlink custom show di slide utama
  1. Di slide utama, pilih teks atau objek (gambarshapeSmartArt, dan sebagainya) untuk diberi hyperlink.
  2. Pada Insert tab, Links grup, klik Hyperlink.
  3. Di bagian Link to, klik Place in This Document.
  4. Pilih custom show yang diinginkan pada bagian Select a place in this document dan centang kotak Show and return, agar setelah custom show selesai akan kembali ke slide yang berisi menu hyperlink.
  5. Ulangi langkah 1 - 4 untuk membuat link menu yang lain.
  6. Tekan tombol F5 untuk menjalankan slide show.
  7. Agar slide untuk custom show hanya muncul saat hyperlink diklik saja, maka slide tersebut harus disembunyikan. Caranya: Klik kanan pada slide dan pilihHide Slide. Lakukan untuk semua slide custom show.


Cara Menjalankan Custom Show Tanpa Menu Hyperlink

Gunakan cara berikut bila ingin langsung menjalankan sebuah custom show tanpa melalui hyperlink di slide utama.
  1. Pada Slide Show tab, Set Up grup, klik Set Up Slide Show.
  2. Pada kotak dialog Set Up Show, di bagian Show slides, klik Custom show, dan kemudian pilih custom show yang diinginkan.
  3. Klik OK.
  4. Tekan tombol F5 untuk menjalankan slide show.

Saat Anda membuka PowerPoint, Anda akan melihat beberapa tema bawaan. Tema adalah desain slide yang berisiwarnafont yang sesuai, dan efek khusus seperti bayangan, pantulan, dan masih banyak lagi.

  2. Klik Buat, atau ambil ragam warna, lalu klik Buat.

  1. Untuk membuka panel catatan, pada bagian bawah jendela, klik Catatan.
